Abstract

Background: Time is an important factor in the construction project management. Because construction processes

are long and complex, unexpected environment factors will affect project time, quality and cost. Therefore, supply

chain and materials management become important. Nowadays, because of the shortage of skilled labor workers, the
automation of construction becomes prevailing

Purposes: To set up the mode of materials management for automated spray renders method.

Methods: The study is the analysis for spray renders method, the purchasing of cement and sand, the system of

material management, and the choice of construction methods.

Results: Using the Toyota-style management system to set up the mode of engineering materials management for

spray renders method with dry mortar.

Conclusions/Implications for Practice: The system of engineering materials management for spray renders

method with dry mortar can offer reference for project management of spray renders method by the construction

industry.
